Annual adjustment of income tax (I.R.P.F.)

The period of the annual adjustment of income tax (I.R.P.F.) for residents for the year 2016 starts at the end of April and ends at the 30th of June 2017.

If you want to engage our office to prepare this declaration we need the following documents:

- Copy of your passport or Residencia-card; copy of the passports of your husband/wife and of your children (certificate of birth/certificate of marriage)

- Certificates of all income in the year 2016 of all family members (wages, pension, indemnifications, unemployment benefits, etc.)

- Self-employed worker needs all payments in instalments  (Mod. 130, Mod. 131), in case of  "Professionals" the certificate of all withholdings kept back by the company during the year 2016, besides a resume of all payments realized to the Social Security. Payments to private health insurances could be considered also.

- Employees need the certificate of his employer about the paid income tax 

(Certificado de Retenciones)

- Resume of all income and costs of own properties rented during the year 2016

- Proof of investments (for example purchase of properties), loans or mortgages

- Resume of all bank accounts, savings books, savings accounts, funds, shares, bonds, etc., which you will receive by your bank directly by mail (Información fiscal)

- Documents of purchase or sale of properties  (copy Escritura) of all processes realized during the year 2016 and the connected costs, as well the dates of all other own properties (IBI - Council tax 2016)

- Certificate of residence o council tax (IBI) of 2016, as well in case of property (Escritura) as of rented objects (lease)

- Receipts of payments to life assurances, pension funds, gifts, maintenance payments committed by the court, payments of rent (copy rental contract)

If we are realizing your accounting already we have a part of the documents in our office and you have to complete it only.
