The current Collective Agreement of the hotel, restaurant and catering industry published in the Official Bulletin number 56 of the Province, dated the 12^th of April 2005, with a validity for the years 2005 till 2008, in the chapter X - Social Actions and Retirement, Article 46, establishes a life insurance and an insurance of permanent inability of work for all employees with a quantity of FIFTEEN THOUSAND EUROS (15.000,00 €).
