Herewith and in fulfilment of my duty as your tax adviser I inform you about the fact in the article 24 of the new Collective Agreement of Commerce of textile, footwear and leather goods, valid for the years 2006, 2007 and 2008, which establishes a life insurance which assures the risk of "death" for all employees with an antiquity of more than five years, and with a compensation according to five month salaries, regarding the amount to the last one perceived by the employee. A term of three month is fixed to fulfil it. 

Please contact your INSURANCE BROKER COMPANY FOR GENERAL INSURANCES immediately to assure the above mentioned amount. You have to present the last salary account of the employee, so that the amount (five month salaries) can be calculated. In case of producing this possible misfortune without an agreement of an insurance policy, the company has to assume directly this payment, under reservation of a possible punishment by the working supervision authority for the disregard of the obligations of the mentioned Collective Agreement.
